Your first consultation is free.

Because the first thing most people need is someone to tell them what they don’t need. And you should not have to pay to hear that.

Ask us anything

Every inquiry gets a real answer from a person. If what you're asking about isn't supported by evidence, we'll say so.

What you walk away with

Four things, whether or not you go any further.

01

A straight answer on whatever you're researching

What it is designed to do in theory, what has actually been shown in people, and exactly where those two things diverge.

02

Where it legally stands today

Approved, under review, or neither. Peptide regulation changed three times in 2026 and most of what is written online is already out of date.

03

What your bloodwork should cover

Which panels are worth running for your situation, so any decision starts from your own numbers instead of a forum post.

04

Where to go next, if anywhere

A licensed clinician and an accredited pharmacy when it makes sense. Often something cheaper and simpler you already have access to.

This is probably for you if

  • You are buying online now and want a route that is not a warehouse taking crypto
  • You are rehabbing an injury and someone mentioned a peptide
  • A coach or a clinic handed you a protocol and you want a second opinion
  • You want to know whether something is worth the money before you spend it
  • You already have bloodwork and nobody has properly explained it
Why it costs nothing

Every other company in this space makes money when you buy a vial, which means their advice and their revenue point in the same direction. We do not sell peptides, we hold no inventory, and we ship nothing. so a conversation that ends in “you don’t need this” costs us exactly the same as one that doesn’t. That is the whole reason we can afford to make the first one free, and the whole reason it is worth having.

Before you reach out

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no deposit, no trial that quietly converts into a subscription. We do not sell peptides, so there is no product waiting at the end of the conversation. Which is exactly why we can afford to tell you when the answer is no.

What happens on the call?

You tell us what you are working with and what you have already tried. We tell you what the evidence supports, where the compound stands legally, and what your bloodwork would need to show. About twenty minutes, and there is nothing to prepare.

What if you tell me not to bother?

That is a common outcome and a legitimate one. Plenty of people arrive asking about a compound and leave with a thyroid panel, an iron result worth acting on, or a referral to a physiotherapist. You still got what you came for: a real answer.

Do you prescribe anything?

No. Any prescription is written by an independent prescriber and filled by a licensed pharmacy. We are not a pharmacy, we hold no inventory, and we ship nothing.

Who am I speaking with?

A physician licensed in California. Medical licensure follows the patient's location rather than the practice's, which is why consultations are limited to California residents for now. We answer email enquiries from anywhere.

What does it cost after that?

Nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first. Bloodwork is billed by the laboratory. If ongoing physician involvement makes sense, we tell you what that costs before you commit to anything.

Currently available to California residents only. Medical licensure follows the patient’s location.
Consultations are advisory and do not on their own establish a provider-patient relationship.
We do not dispense, sell, or ship any compound. Any prescription is written by an independent prescriber and filled by a licensed pharmacy.

Ask the question.

Send us what you are working with. It costs nothing, there is no obligation, and you get a real answer from a person.
